Didn't realise Battersea, very posh now laurence, used to love the fair in the park, thats why Chelsea then, I love going back down, can't afford to live there though,

Notting Hill is posh now, crap hole when I lived there !!

Yes he was indeed, ray ~ incredibly nice chap, too! he looks just like my dad, funnily enough..and always has done (even with the sideburns in the 70's!). HIs mum was my Welsh grans sister. The first time we met we walked into the pub somwhere in Llanelli and he knew instantly that my dad was his relative, despite us being English :o)

I remember the fair ray, sixpence to get in, tho always bunked in, do you remember ''KNOCK THE LADY OUT OF BED'' where you had to hit the target and the bed would tilt and she would plunge into a water tank.
