Streets of London?
09:45 Fri 05th Jun 2020
1 whispering grass
I'm struggling with this.
Where to see evidence- court, library, scientific research paper?
To alter your opinion- change your mind/change of heart/second thoughts?
Middle word- of, at, by, in, on, to, is, as?
Is the pattern for 1) definitely (10 & 5) and not (10, 5)?
Is the pattern for 2) definitely (7, 2 6) and not (7, 2, 6)?

1. 2 words 10 & 5
2. 3 words 7 & 2 & 6
Are most of the answers very old songs (40s/50s)? Any recent songs in there?
I haven't got a clue what the actual answer is FF, but food for thought
something similar to "Blowing in the Wind" "Winds of Change" or something In dreams!
Good find danny- but not what I'd call a classic
I wondered if the first word was "changes"
bit left field:
Outside of Heaven - Eddie Fisher with Hugo Winterhalter's Orchestra & Chorus (a number 1 in 1953) ?
Could be Fibonacci. It'd be interesting to see some other answers to see whether they are all very old oldies
Stairway to heaven doesn't quite fit
Conway Twitty had a song called Halfway to Heaven
Streets of London?
That's a great shout. They lyrics are apt. I think you have it, bhg
Thank heavens that is solved.
"Let me take you by the hand and
Lead you through the streets of London
Show you something to make you change your mind"

I did suggest OF as the middle word right in my post on Wednesday- I'd like to think that helped bhg on his way
The song takes me back to my student days when I occasionally travelled from London to Manchester on the overnight bus. The bus was due in at about 6am, when the bus station opened, but usually arrived at about 5am when everything was closed up. I had an hour or so to wait for my connecting bus and, as 6am approached, the homeless would start to arrive with their "two carrier bags" containing all their worldly possessions ie, their "home"and wait for the toilets to open so they could have a "wash and brush up". A new world to me, who was brought up in a small Lancashire town. I'm now in my mid 70s and it still brings tears to my eyes.
