What is the best way to sue a big national corporation for causing distress and contributing to personal health?

Can a "little" person do this?

Has anybody ever done this?

and the outcome?

Or are they too big to even attempt it?
Thanks everyone in advance

I don't think sueing a company for contributing to personal health would get very far. You can only really sue for redress to harm/damage caused to you.
I took a well known PC company to court over a duff PC. I wanted to submit my own engineers report but they wrangled it so that there own engineers looked at it. Which they did. They found a fault fixed it and reported back to the court that it was working. I went back to court to explain that this was the umpteenth time they had, so called fixed, this problem and that it would break down again. The magistrate words were...... If you buy a blender you dont expect it to keep on working forever!!
I could not believe that he could compare a 20 blender to a 2000 PC, but he did. Needless to say, i lost.
"Distress" and "contributing to personal health" are very intangible and difficult to quantify.

Large companies have dedicated legal teams.

You're onto a loser unless it's very clearcut.
