Yes, if you don't the phone get a cheap tablet. That will take photos, video and upload them to the internet. No worries about Sim cards, PAYG or contract.

If that’s all you use it for, you don’t really need a SIM card. Just connect to your home wifi and post stuff using that. Lots of decent ones in second hand shops or on line.

ok all - thanks for that information, will ask cousin who like myself knows nothing techie but her daughter bought her a tablet for Christmas so will check with her how she is doing with it.
