I've read that a bluetooth dongle plugged into my desk top PC (windows 10) will let me connect various devices like headphones and speakers. But can they be used to download my music,videos and photo's to & from my tablet/iphone.

Would have thought it easier to use a cable.
As for bluetooth, unsure. With the right software I'd have thought it possible.

No no no, you can't do that. For sure. My Windows 10 PC has bluetooth settings and it only allows me to connect devices/accesorries.

Why? Insecure, maybe. And it has never been a feaure of iPhone to move data via bluetooth.
