I do stand by my original point - we can remember pain, but we cannot re-experince it over again.

We can if we have more than one :-). But I agree... you can vividly remember previous pain, but don't literally feel it again.

I follow them on facebook. I'd say they make a lot of money from endorsements. Seem like a very lovely family.

They were both adopted so I would guess there is a mental issues with wanting to surround themselves with their own children.

These large families are few and far between.

I would wish to point out once again that my views are pain are based on my own experience, and my understanding of the concept of it, and I am not in any way trying to offer a 'definitive' view on the subject.

I must also point out that my post about labour pains was meant to say that I believe that memory of pain, which we all have, and actual re-experience of that pain, are two different concepts, one is possible, I believe the other is not.

I did not wish to infer that any mother 'forgets' her labour pains, and if I did so, please accept my apologies - as naomi as said, there speaks a man, and I really should be more careful to offer an opinion clarified as being obtained by no personal experience whatsoever.

In such situations, I would always willingly bow to the views of anyone who does have direct experience, and in this case, that would be any mothers of children who have posted on here.

If I have appeared to think I know better, I assure I do neither know better, or think that I do, and again I apologise for any wrong impression offered.

ROSLYN, on their Facebook page, they posted a message about Archie's first birthday on 18.9.18 and as the link was from October 2019, Archie was two.

Looking at other posts on Facebook, Phoebe was three and Hallie was four at the time of the article.

I think the dynamic is just different.

Friends with large families (eight) tell me that the older ones soon look out for the younger ones.

In terms of what they would win or lose compared with other family set-up's, it's like twins or only children - what you know is what is natural because you don't know anything else.
