What happened to Daniel Hall?

Does anyone know what happened to Daniel Hall? He wrote two books about an English archer (Martin Kemp) fighting at Crecy and seemed set for a whole series but nothing for some years now.

Don't think that's him, Amazon list them seperatley, although the Killigrew novels look interesting, thanks
