scabs on childs head

my sons had a short hair cut with hair clippers but one son has developed 4 scaly scabs in different parts of his scalp - could the hair clippers in some way have caused the scabs?- (bearing in mind the other 2 aren't affected), also how do i get rid of the scabs?

I would take him to your GP as it may be impetigo which is very contagious. (my friends daughter had to go yesterday for exactly the same symptoms)
Or it may be something like psoriasis - again, better see your GP.
