Why, however, is one face consistently blurred out in that tv-digital sort of way ?

Hi Big-Al1st, I had guessed that, but this programme is stirring me up. Good television therefore, I suppose. Let's have more filming of overt thuggish and criminal activity, let's try to in some way condone it.
