Are there any vitamins either topical or oral, that I can take, I have just had a small facial biopsy and would like to minimise any scar. I take Vitamin D and eat lots of oranges by the way! Thanks all.

No vitamins will improve your facial scar.
Try either bio-oil or better still 1% hydrocortisone cream applied twice daily.
The scar will always be there to a certain degree whatever you use.
It's Vitamin E creams that are supposed to help with scars and skin (but not scientifically proven) and Bio-Oil too.

Thanks, once stitches are out I will use Bio Oil.
It's important to massage and moisturise the scar area too to avoid tightness and pain later down the line.
My daughter had bad stretch marks at the top of her thighs. I got her some Bio Oil and it worked a treat
E45, aqueous cream or diprobase would also be good once the stitches are out
