After the latest update my iPad has started making a clanging noise when it’s is fully charged.

Any ideas about what is happening and is it safe would be welcome.

I was wondering that too, Tuvok. It’s certainly a harsh sound that does stop when you take out the charger. If it is, I wish they had publicised it.
