Anyone know an accurate way to measure yourself to find out your bra size - don't fancy going to M&S to get myself measured. I've tried following the measuring guidelines in the back of Littlewoods catalogue and according to that I'm a 34A/B but in reality I am nearly falling out a C-cup!!

I'm the same - all the shops measure you to be a different size - and they use the basic guidelines that you read in the catalogue.

The only sure fire way of getting the right size is trying them on - and you will be a different size in different makes!
I know when the wife went to proper 'underwear shop' and was measured and fitted by an expert, she said it was the comfiest bra she'd ever had.
I`d definately get professionaly measured. You could try on various bras, but what you think is the right size will more than likely be wrong. If it doesn`t sit correctly etc, it can make a big difference to the look & support. Having a correctly fitted bra can make a big difference.
Well sorry but the best thing to do is to get properly fitted in M&S or somewhere. I've heard they can measure over your tshirt or bra or w/e...
Ive got a tape measure (LOL)
Do go to a proper shop to get yourself measured. You can go to a lingerie shop, M&S, Debenhams, John Lewis and I'm sure a few others. Then try some on. I find that triumph fit me fine but other makes of the same size don't fit aswell, so once you've got a size to start on it's a little bit of trial and error.
I think they have a sort of guide on the back of Next's catalouge!!!!
