I am wanting to return something back to ebay. Anyway had to log into paypay to get it delivered via Royal Mail. I have been a bit successful - just that I have the label of the address but it won't PRINT.

It is printing this

PACKING SLIP
Include this packing slip inside your package

Item "what the item is"
Return reason "reason"
ebay item number number

I can't get the actual label to print. I have never sent anything back via Paypal before - thanks

went back to the label again and saw that when I was printing, page 2 was printing unnecessarily. so I asked for page 1 but it is still coming up page 2 and saying an error has occurred.

I don't understand why this is happening as I recently went through this procedure with no problem, so perhaps close everything down and start again. Failing that, message EBay with your problem and see what they say.

Or you could try copying and pasting it into Office and printing from there.

Is the label pre=paid. If not just write the return address on the parcel. Fill in details on packing slip and put in with item you are returning. Try turning off printer and computer and then try printing first page with address again

thanks all for your help - have contacted ebay, seller, copying and pasting but nothing worked - hopefully will hear from ebay.

Never again - unless you know the ins and outs of computers - buy locally.

As far as I know one can't return things through Paypal, its just a bank not a retailer. Even through Ebay you have to pay for your own return unless the seller agrees to send you a prepaid label. In ebay go to the item you bought, click return this item, click the reason for return and follow instructions. You will get a packing slip to print but not a pre paid shipping label.

Aunt Polly - the return thingmajig wouldn't go forward until I signed for Paypal - - I can't remember it all now.

an update - got ebay to send me a label via my email and I was successful in printing that out and the parcel is away back.
