I am not playing any instruments and i am thinking if I should choose only music perormance at univeristy or with music production? I think that music production could give me more carrier options. On other hand of i am not playing intruments(only vocal) it might be hard for me to catch up with lessons.

I thought you'd been accepted on a music production course at Edge Hill?
If you want to go into a career of performing music then go for music performance. If you want to go into composing, writing music and creating music then go for music production.

Thank you, yes i have been accepted for music production at Edge hill but the music teacher has advice me that this course is not really good
Chloe, you don't necessarily have to play an instrument. Since you are "vocal", I think it would be a good idea to take lessons and learn to read music and music theory.

Classical singers all refer to their voice as their instrument.
As people often judge you on your application maybe a little work on your English first.
Earning a living from singing is very hard. At best you might perform, and you might teach. But if teaching you would be better off playing the piano to accompany your students. I think you should do production and learn all the software and recording techniques. You can still sing, have lessons etc. But the practical skills you will get on the production course will open up more job opportunities.
