I received a proposed job offer. I accepted the offer then after some time the company sends me another offer and downgrade the initial one. I sent a response to company for a reason but i missed some points then I recall the message (from outlook) and resend with amendments. Is that bad practice? If so, what should I do now?

Not ideal but probably no harm done.

However if you are not already on the new potential employer's e-mail network I'm surprised a recall works. Not that I know Outlook (the service, as opposed to Outlook the client).
Anytime I get a "recall" message - its just that, a message, the original email is still there!
