Hi all - in case anyone's interested (probably those that got the printed version rather than the online one), I've added a PDF of this puzzle below. An explanation for the mix-up has been given & reads -

"This is the Sunday Times Crossword that should have appeared on September 1. It was sent by Robert Price as No 4863 but coincidentally included a clue with similar answer and logic to one in 4862, so I suggested swapping it with the one sent as 4866, but failed to ensure that the second part of the swap happened correctly. Apologies for this slip-up. The puzzle published on September 1 will stand as the competition puzzle, and this replacement will not be run as a competition. Peter Biddlecombe, Sunday Times Crossword Editor"

...so this one is now "just for fun" - https://docdro.id/YzmE3FB

Lie-in King, thanks very much for the update - it's good to know how the mix-up happened. The error made for a disappointing Sunday morning, but these things happen.
Printed it off LiK. Thanks for that.....thought I was having a spell of dega vu yesterday. You know that something is wrong when you read the first 4 clues and the answer is right there.
Thanks for that, mistakes happen.
The real one turned out to be a bit "fishy" as well.

Glad a few saw this :-)

If anyone sees Spicerack before me, could they bump this thread to LP to hopefully point him here please? I think he missed out on Sunday as well - ta.
Thanks again, Lik.
And Togo for alerting me.

Ah good - cheers Togo.
