Hi there I've had severe toothache the last few days getting worse. I took 2 cocodamol 30/500 1 hour ago and it hasn't touched it. Im going to the dentist in the morning I can't take Ibuprofen because I'm on Rivoroxaban can I have a glass of wine?

Gordie, yes, apologies x
I've taken Co-Codamol, Diazepam and a good couple of large wines and I'm still alive to tell the tale. I wouldn't recommend making it a regular thing but when needs must...
Whiskey, brandy, even vodka. All numb the pain. I used to use them like a mouthwash when I had an abscess a few years ago.
Have you thought of going to the dentist? I find painkillers don't really work unless you take enough to be dangerous & cocodamol will make you constipated. Tell the dentist you're on blood thinners before treatment.
Sorry! I missed the bit about your dentist visit today - hope they manage to get you pain-free.
