I realise this is the least of my flying worries at the present time, but here goes.
Each time I fly, I end up with a really bad throat /flu. I am convinced it is because airlines recycle stale air in the planes. I read recently of a spray to use during the flight, to kill any bugs etc. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of it. Does any one know of this spray please. Many thanks in advance.

Some people use Nasaleze, which you squirt into your nostrils. It supposedly stops pollens and germs.

You're right. They do.

Ever since they banned smoking on planes they've taken the filters out of the air con and as such, the germs don't get filtered out anymore.

Will be investing in some of that stuff, thank for the tip!!
Just think ...where do all the farts go in a plane?
