London bus syndrome - no problems for ages, then two in as many days!
I've discovered that a couple of emails (Macmillan quizzes, actually) didn't arrive, over a period of several months. Definitely not in my Inbox or Spam folders. I think there's a way to check whether they've been blocked by BT (no earthly reason why they should have been), but I can't remember how to access the list of blocked addresses or how to unblock them. Could someone help, please? I know I could do a live chat with BT, but that means jumping through several hoops to authenticate and I'm a bit fed up with the fact that they can't trust me to be me...

No wonder you're tearing hair. Are you looking in folders on your PC, or on the website ? If the former it may be worthwhile checking your account on the server.
There was one quiz setter who had trouble sending emails - specifically to some yahoo and gmail addreses.

Can't remember which quiz it was (without checking my email) - so it may not be your email at fault.

The setter did put a message on AB about the email problem.

Yes, Old geezer, I was checking my folders. I'll try your suggestion, thank you. In fact that specific problem has now been resolved-it was a slight error of spelling - but I definitely had instructions from BT how to find the blocked list, so I'll keep trying with that. Thanks to both for your advice.

I meant that I'd had instructions from BT in the past, but have since lost them.
