...and again! It's driving me nuts!
I get that too, Tilly

(Ignore the offer to download a 'repair tool' or any of the other downloads mentioned there. Everything else there is valid and is exactly what I'd try myself).

Windows 7, Chrome, Buen.

That looks really complicated, Tony. Did it work for you?
Question Author
What do you do, Elliemay?
I haven't had to do it ( yet ), Tilly.
Tony's video illustrates flushing the DNS cache, which is one of the suggestions in my link. It's dead easy to do.
I just ignore it Tilly! Only happens me occasionally
Happens to me constantly, drives me mad . Virgin Media no help , it stopped for a while but its back and happens during the day as well now .

I have tried all the suggestions but I'm not getting anywhere. I'll leave it as it is. I can't rectify it.
Tilly, try re-booting your hub.
Don't give-up. Try what tonyav has suggested. Surprising how unplugging the Router for a few minutes from the electrical supply and rebooting can rectify Internet Connection Problems.

Hans.
I realise that you may have already tried switching-off the Hub, but it is important to unplug all cables to it and leave a few minutes before switching back on.

Hans.
