I'm coming up to my fixed rate with mine and they're saying
"Would you like to pay less" blah,blah, blah
Well of course I would so I'm looking at USwitch but I'm in credit with my current supplier,if I switch to another company, how easy is it to get your credit back off them?

i got my "in credit" back from ovo when i switched to shell energy without a problem,
it explains here
