what exactly is tennis elbow. do u get it only from playing tennis like the name suggests. and what does it feel like.

Over use of the arm, generally through a particular task carried out repetitively...
Similiar in fact to Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI) which most people (who get it) suffer through action from the wrist...
(like incorrect use of keyboard)
I had tennis elbow, when I first started gardening, through constant weeding and using secateurs..
