I get really hacked off when people ask what song titles are especially when they are nondescript bits of drivel that don't even constitute a proper song. Why can't you watch the programmes or adverts without needing to know what the music is called? Who cares?

Or maybe Answerbank could give you your own category.

maybe they enjoyed the music so much that they need to know in order to buy or download that piece of music, therefore listen to it and enjoy it regularly.

no biggy really.
Just don't read the question if it's not your thing.

It really is not worth getting in to a tizz over.

isn't that why this site is here... if you dont know something you ask and some nice, helpful people will help if they can?

songs from ad's are a total ****** to find, especially if it's just a tune and no lyrics!

so thanks to people who know their song snippets x
im with everyone else on this
if the questions dont interest you then dont read or answer them
the purpose of this site is to get answers to questions that you have

But my point is that you have to read the questions to know what they are about and then find out they are about song titles. Perhaps they should carry a government health warning - caution this question could do your brains in.

And the worst thing is when you haven't heard the music in question, its like someone asking whats 4 down in a crossword when you haven't seen it.
maybe instead of just hearing a good song on an advert then posting it here, try noting down some of the lyrics (if it has some) and typing them into google and then finding the song. thats what i do! and its pretty successful most o the time.
(but yes i also agree if u dont like the question just dont comment)
Or people could try this:

What a strange thing to get worked up about. As wooo12 says, maybe they'd like to get hold of the piece of music, or maybe they're just wondering. Either way, I fail to see the problem. I have no time for that daily freak show on Channel 4, but if I see a question about it, I just move on. Easy.
surely we've all heard a song on an advert or a programme for which no title or artist is given ?
i see nothing wrong with it and ive asked questions like this before and i think a lot of us like actually helping people out !
