Surely that should read:
'White' pensioners might as well walk about with a sign pinned to their backs saying 'Kick me'

It is no only white pensioners that are treated differently from other pensioners, it is white people on the whole.
If you don't believe me, if one dares to criticise anyone who is not white, out comes the race card, yet if they are white there is no card that can be played.
Except of course if they happen to be white, but not from these shores, then there is also the xenophobic card that can be played.

I did a search but only found this where a white 93 year old was attacked by a black person.
Strange this, because nowadays it is unusual for them to describe the colour of the attackers.
But then this happened in 2015, a lot has changed since then.
