Hotmail Problem

Just checked my emails in my Hotmail account and the Inbox and Sent Mails boxes are just blank, even though there are lots of mails there, and nothing I do can make them visible. Have I inadvertently turned something off? How can I get it back to how it should be, please?

How are you accessing your mail? Is it with a dedicated email client/app or via your web browser?

If it's via a web browser, try clearing its cache and/or using a different browser:

I thought Hotmail was now Outlook ( although you still use your hotmail email address ).

Thanks, Chris. Through Chrome - never had this happen before in 20 years with the same email address. So frustrating as have important stuff (a funeral) to deal with; will try what you suggest..

Same problem this morning, but I pressed F5 while looking at the Inbox and it all came up as normal - phew! Thanks for your replies.
