Does anyione know the meaning of the word "wugging"? My boyfriend says it has something to do with facial hair but we can't find the definition anywhere. Thanks

Not heard the expression and the only definition I can find in the OED is:
Wugg...to call a horse, of a horse to move forward. From the 19th century.
If you google the word you will see it has some connection with car racing.

I have the sneaking feeling that "wugging" is the promotion and management of a gentleman's facial hair in order to provide a feature on the face: for instance by trimming the the beard to emphasise the jawline.
