When I try to print a document, this comes up.
lexplore has caused an error in MSHTML.DLL. lexplore will now close. If you continue to experience problems try restarting your computer.
Have tried several times after restating computer but the error still comes up.
Would be really grateful for any advice.

Try uninstalling the printer and then re-installing the software again, if this fails try system restore facility to a day before the problem started.

Good luck
I don't think it's a problem with your printer, I think it's a problem with Internet Explorer.

The standard AnswerBank response for this is: use Firefox! I wholeheartedly support this option.

But this doesn't fix your problem, I had a quick look into reinstalling Internet Explorer, but it seems a repair of Windows itself is necessary. Have a look here to decide for yourself
