have you been conned by advantage,welcome ,tenantloans or anyone else charging fees to arrange loans.i have and i,m guessing alot of others have to.i cant stop them, but i would like to make sure these parasites dont go unnoticed by the authorites and regulators.please let me know if you,ve had a bad experiance with this type of company.

I would suggest calling your local Trading Standards via Consumer DIrect to make an official complaint. If people don't complain through proper channels then nothing can be done as the necessary bodies won't know.

One of the issues could be misrepresentation if they are telling you they have got a loan waiting, but in fact you have to apply for more. With regard to the fee, they can charge a broker fee but if you do not take up any loans they offer within 6 months (for whatever reason), they can only keep �5 of the fee and have to refund the rest.
I applied to Advantage Loans and was sent a letter telling me i had been approved for a loan but to send �49.50 i ignored it and a week later they sent me another letter reducing the broker fee to �25.00. I was only trying to borrow �400. Reply from yummymummy is not strictly true as i have been stung by this "broker fee" before where they get back to you and tell you they could not get you a loan after all
