Budapest or Barbados?

Bratislava or Bora Bora?

Krakow or Koh Samui?

Right now I'm all about soaking up the culture. My mother isn't speaking to me because I don't want to go to Spain for an all-inclusive. It's like a Mexican / Madrid stand-off.

I love architecture, she loves the beach.

Which one would you go for? And is there any city or beach you're dying to see before you shift off your mortal coil?

Another great city with a beach is Chicago. Lake Michigan is stunning.
It's odd that your friend thought that she'd need a week to explore Bratislava. I went there for just a day trip and thought that I'd managed to see the best of the place in that time! It's a lovely place though and there's even a beach. (I took a bus to Zlaté Piesky to explore it. It's a pleasant lakeside area).

Rocky we almost went there in 2017, combined with a trip to Reykjavik too. In the end we did Reykjavik + Boston.
Boston has the edge for me, but I really like Chicago. I'd love to go in the summer and see Lake Michigan in it's full glory.

Boston was fantastic and the seafood was incredible!

We went to Abe & Louie's Steakhouse on OH's birthday and that's where he asked me to marry him.
