Radio Two Book from yesterday

Can anyone help with the name of the book and author discussed last night on Chris Evans Radio Two show. They are to be talking about the book all week, but am not going to be able to listen to the show. Tried the Radio Two website, but nothing mentioned on there.
The book is by a female author, and about emotions.
Thanks in advance if anybody can help with my question.
