I’ve got an I phone 4 I’ve had it for years and the message. I can’t take any more photos because your storage in full keeps coming up even though I pay for extra storage and there is plenty of storage left. I’m 66 yrs old and not that tech savvy so please explain what to do in easy steps. Thanks in advance..

I'm unfamiliar with apple products, but my andriod phone is out of storage and wants me to delete things :-( Apps tend not to be allowed to be moved to memory cards on my phone. Yours may be different. I think mine is suggesting it needs replacing.
you have to tell the iphone not to store all your photos on it
BACK YOUR PHOTOS UP FIRST BECAUSE WHEN YOU DELETE THEM FROM THE PHONE ITS LIKELY THAT THEY WILL BE DELETED FROM YOUR CLOUD STORAGE

Ok having said that twice heres the link to help you. I take no responsibility if you lose your photos because I have told you twice to back them up. Read ALL the instructions through carefully and make sure you understand them completely before continuing.

HAVE YOU BACKED UP YOUR PHOTOS?

when buying a new mobile phone, go for one that has the most internal memory 32gb least 64 internal is better, external sd cards are good for storage..example your camera app settings should have where to store photographs, you can set it to store pics videos on your external sd card rather then your phones internal memory.
fender iphones don't have removeable storage
email photos to yourself & they will be held by your server.
