Rose is artful. It's like walking around with a Piccasso or a Lowrie on you.

Art is a broad area, there are many diferent forms and many different mediums. Some people believe that the work of Damien Hirst and the YBAs is not art, and historically with the arrival of each new art movement there has always been a group of people that have argued that the new form is not art. But people have a right to artistic freedom of speech, and actually body art has been around since the dawn of man and his body! You may disagree, but I would argue that as a form of human expression, and the with the skill that it requires, tatooing is a form of art.
