Selling On Ebay Internationally.

Hi all, long time no see!!

Is there anybody on here that knows about selling internationally on Ebay.

I ticked the the box to sell internationally but I dont get any enquires from abroad, I'm just curious to know if my items are actually list abroad.

How can I find out?

You can look at any Ebay site from different countries. I sold something on Ebay.co.uk and someone from Australia approached me and I ended up sending it to NSW.

Agree with 237SJ, when we used to sell antiques we'd only put them on Ebay UK but sold to Estonia, Japan, Australia, France,etc.
You just have to be careful with Postage. We'd just put UK postage cost and a rider to the effect that if you are bidding from abroad contact us for postage costs.

I understand that SJ but I want to advertise in other countries as I am not getting the enquiries I want. I know they can find me if they look on a UK site but I imagine most people wont be doing that.

I sold a very special car radio, the cost of international shipping was several times the price paid. So was expensive radio to bid for and about 4 times selling price with shipping

Thanks Tony. It appears to be on the USA site as we speak the same language, apart from that I need to have it all translated for different countries.

As for shipping, under the Global Shipping Programme, I only pay to have it delivered to the UK hub, thats it.

Then you can click into ebay.fr and cherchez to your hearts content.
