Has anyone seen the new tampon ad that has a funky voice-over by a man. Maybe its just me but when I saw it last night I wanted to put my foot through the telly. I mean some bloke telling us ladies how great they are, etc, blah, blah, blah. what a load of kack. Are Tampax trying to be really cool and hip? Well I for one am not amused.

Also wanted to hit my partner over the head with frying pan but this was totally unrealted to Tampax advert.

This is not a PMT rant or maybe it is, I don't know, but I am going to the loos now for a good cry;-o)

oh, there definitely is such a thing as bad publicity! (Advertising people pretend there isn't, but they would, wouldn't they.) Remember Coke mineral water that was supposed to be pure and wasn't and had to be withdrawn? And Crapner-Ratner jewellery? So tell them what you think of their ads, they won't want to be wasting money on them if they're just annoying potential customers.

Forgot about good ole Gerald Ratner, last I saw him he was selling five lighters for a pound in Belfast city centre!!!

Well I gave it to Tampax straight, just can't wait for a reply!

anyone else think its a bit wierd that they're scented as well? Whats that all about - as if people go around sniffing them!!

Awwwwwwww no, scented as well, didn't know that, it just gets worse. Think I will save that one for my next e-mail to Tampax!! They have definately been on the waccy baccy. Next thing is they will be coloured pink, have little fobs hanging from the end of the string (probably flowers or dolphins or something equally gross) and play a tune when you remove them (Angel by Robbie Williams).

I'd copyright that idea if I were you, warpig1! I particularly hate the bit at the end of the ad where he tells you to 'enjoy' them. What a ****.

Enjoy them, enjoy them???? Yeah right. 'I have crippling stomach pains, feel sick, just want to lie in bed with a hot water bottle and my back is sore but I am really enjoying these tampons'

Tampax are seriously taking the p*ss with this one.
