eBay non paying bidder query

Hi all - Someone bought something of eBay from me, but it hasnt paid, after 10 days. I put a non paying bidder complaint through, but still heard nothing. What happens now? What do i have to do? Thanks.

It really depends on the value. If it's only a few quid, I'd just keep on at eBay; I've found from experience that they're not overly helpful when pursuing a non-payer.
If it's a lot you may have to use the County Court. Usually just the threat is enough but if you have to go through with it, it's very easy and there's plenty of assistance.
