I exercise 5 days a week and i've also cut down on my food intake. I've noticed a difference except my belly has stayed the same, it's still as flabby as ever. I've been doing my fitness regime for 7 months now surely I should have notivced a considerable change in my belly...any ideas why i haven't? Or any advice on how I can lose it?

oops sorry..get on a diet woman!!! lol
Are you doing pleanty of belly exercises? You need to tone the area. Sit ups on a ball are great, so too is the bicycle and leg lifts, really focus on the stomach, working it as often as you can, if you muscles ache, don't work them again until the muscles have recovered.
