All sounds great but I would suggest that you have a treat (no matter how small) each week because if you have that once a week you will look forward to it and not be so down in the dumps after all that veg veg veg! I have been going to slimming world for a year and a half and I managed to lose just over 2 1/2 stone BUT every Thursday night I have a takeaway or a large chocolate bar.

Good luck - I'm sure you'll look and feel fantastic.
Hi Ellen,

How about signing up to something? I've signed up to run 10k for cancer research and all the support and sponsors are really motivating me to do the training. So far I've been cycling, running and tonight I'm going swimming...I only signed up three days ago!! If that's not your thing then be motivated by the thought if looking hot!!!!

Hey there, I am a fitness instructor and am on the same get fit/ look good road as yourself. For toning, just make sure you are doing some resistance work, if you dont have a membership to a gym, go to a local sports shop, sports world are quite cheap. Buy a stability ball and a resistance band, this is all you will need and you can work your entire body. There are loads of exercises on the internet too if you don't know what to do, or if you need any help you can ask on here too.

Here is your first tip, to 3 sets of 20 reps, with a break of 30-90seconds between each set.

Good luck
