Its true that your ears or hearing affect your balance isnt it? My friend wont have any of it but im pretty sure its true!

Yes you are correct, your ears are connected with balance, recently when I had a severe ear infection I used to get very giddy and couldnt walk in a straight line, I also had the same problem with ferretts.
That last sentance threw me....

The semi circular canals in the ears control our sense of balance.
i've got labirynthitis!
The labirynth is a little maze in the inner ear, like a tiny spirit level that tells you which way is up. i can promise you - it definately controls your balance!!
