I however have an even in the next few days that I would like my skin to be as close to normal as possible. Lots of water and fresh air. Keep it clean and fresh and avoid clogging it up with anything. Hot flannels (or steam - steam room maybe?) could help draw crap out and maybe some face masks - one to bring out impurities (though running the risk of further breakouts as the crap comes out) like a mud mask and then maybe a calming one.

Whereabouts on the body are you having the problem?
See the nurse or doctor on your campus. Could be psoriasis brought on by stress. I am not an expert but this happened to my daughter under similar circumstances,
Oilatum products are usually quite good, they have a wide range too.

If all else fails then a good serum base and high coverage light reflecting makeup could be the best answer. You could get some balancing makeup to use under to even out your complextion and tone down any red areas - usually green. Don't go too mad on make up round spots else it can makethem look more prominent if the makeup goes funny over them - best to dab on gently.

I've heard vitamin e is meant to be good, heard something about breaking the capsules but no idea if that is right.
Forgot to add, it would be worth consulting a pharmacist at your earliest opportunity.
If you can afford it a good facial by a professional might be the best quick fix option - maybe ones who do make up too though best not to clog your skin up with makeup right after a facial - leave a gap or if you get chatting then they might have some handy hints whilst doing a facial!
Good point, I thought it was a spotty sore kind of breakout - easier to advise if more info.

If spotty (like acne type/hormonal etc...) then avoid irritating it inbetween with anything too chemical - keep it clean and only use gentle soothing things. Avoid anything heavy which traps stuff on your skin, let it breathe.

Eating well and avoiding greasy, fatty foods and too much sugar might help too.
Don't think you'll be able to do much in 3 days. You could try one of the new BB creams or ask a pharmacist about a hydrocortisone cream ifit's appropriate.
