How do I block pop ups even when my pop-up blocker is set to high?

I still get the occasional pop up and want to know how I can stop individual sites when this occurs - my pop-up blocker is set to high so I can't change that - can you add an individual site to a list somewhere please? My pop-up blocker comes with the SP2 in Windows XP. Many thanks.

While you're on a browser page, click on tools at the top then choose pop-up blocker/pop-up blocker settings/pop-up blocker faqs (this is at the very bottom. In the faqs section you will see your question listed with quite a lengthy solution.
