Chinchilla's keeping cool?

How can I keep my pet chinny's cool in this heat wave. Chinnies need to keep dry as their fur has no oil to repel water, and they do not sweat like us humans.(so a fan will not lower their temp either) So i'm stuck as to how i can keep them cool without sticking them in front of an open fridge door. Any ideas?
