Does fruit lose its nutrients as a result of being frozen? I keep some frozen berry fruits in the freezer to eat when I can't get hold of any fresh fruit, but I wasn't sure if the fruit would lost most of its health benefits as a result of being frozen.

Many people believe that frozen/tinned fruit and veg are better in terms of vitamins etc than the fresh variety since they are usually 'processed' within hours of picking and have not spent days travelling and then lying around on the supermarket shelves.
As we all know that frozen fruits are very famous as good nutrients so here I am going to give some health benefits of frozen fruits.

It can help you to fight against cancer.
