Is it true that white tea is even better for you health wise than green tea? Also where can I buy white tea from, will health food shops sell it?

Maybe so, but white tea has more caffeine than other teas.
Question Author
Yes but apparently it also has at least 10 times as much antioxidents as green tea as well
That is incorrect regarding caffeine. White Tea has hardly any (around 10-15mg per cup). Green Tea has (around 20-40mg per cup)

Personally think matcha green tea (Purechimp super tea) beats them all.
