My Fitbit has disappeared from my Bluetooth and won’t sync. I have tried resetting the tracker, turning Bluetooth and phone off and back on. When I tried to syn is keeps showing ‘looking’ underneath the battery and above the battery the symbol just keeps flashing. Any ideas what else I can try. I have contacted Fitbit but no help as yet. Thanks in advance

What device are you attempting to sync it with?

Last time i lost it, it took several attempts and I eventually got it back by sitting the phone next to the fitbit!

I sometimes find that turning the WiFi off and on again works for my Charge 2.

It’s an IPhone I eventually took my connection off synced with my car and it works ok now. Thanks everyone
