Anyone know what the classical sounding piece of music was that accompanied the PD James murder mystery stories back in the 80s with Roy Marsden as Adam Dalgleish? It was the theme music Im after

I think the piece was called Enigma.

The composer for theseries was Richard Harvey,but his website isn't very helpful on the matter.
