Depends where you live, but as a rough guide:

Collection:
Every day

Delivery:
Thursday 8th (Maundy Thursday): as normal;
Friday 9th (Good Friday): none;
Saturday 10th: as normal;
Sunday 11th (Easter Sunday): none (as normal);
Monday 12th (Easter Monday): none; and
Tuesday 13th: as normal.

You're absolutely right unless you live in Scotland or the English Border Counties serviced by Post Office Scotland. They haven't a clue what they're doing over Easter.
