I'm very confused by the whole PPI thing. I know what it is, but how far back are you permitted to claim for? On the TV adverts it says it's on loans, if you've run a catalogue, etc etc. Please can somebody clarify. Also, if I was going to make a claim, which is a reputable company to do this. I know you can DIY but I'd sooner someone do it for me.
