I secretly seethe for a little bit but it doesn't take much to make me see red as I've got a really fiery temper and I will then confront someone. I wish more people were honest with each other and said what was on their minds.
well i just find that it is usually a waste of energy, as something worse always happens within a short space of time and your persepective and priorities change..
I'd rather get things out in the open Dot,job n finish..lol
Well on that vein then Kay did you just swear AGAIN, after rollicking the rest of us for doing so , so thoroughly the other night? Made my night again :)
Better out than in. I would sit back first and plan out what I was going to say then I would have to speak my mind. I try not to let things get to me when I can though because it is a waste of energy. I say my piece and if the person I am having a debate with gets hotheaded then so be it. I work on the principle that it's hard to stay mad with someone who remains calm so I try not to give people a reaction to feed from - unless it involves someone trying to hurt my kids , in which case I am like a banshee on speed !
rip their head off and confront them apologise later if wrong- i really should do something about my temper!!
I don't do confrontation. I just have a moan to whoever is available and then let it go, unless it was really bad, in which case, i would keep my distance in future.
I will let people know I am displeased, try to be polite, and get some satisfaction that way. If it is like shovelling poo uphill, after about fifteen minutes I may turn a bit Jack 'you can't handle the truth' Nicholson. This would be an absolute last resort but sometimes those people who are so keen to observe THEIR rights often have scant regard for the rights of others.Family , friends or strangers it's the same M.O., I am not a bystander - my kids cringe when I park up and break up unfair schoolboy fights etc, my other half worries about it too. We are who we are, in the past I have been helped out of sticky sits. by others I like to repay the favour if possible.
