Ok I work in a self employed capacity for a well known company. We each set up our own FB shops and add company products to sell as and when. We also can add personal photos that customers have sent us that are happy with their orders. Ive just happened to spot this eve that another employee has been copying all my photos and putting them on her website saying they are from her customers. I’ve spoken to my boss who says she’s allowed to do this Your thought - either way. X

Sorry, I have no idea, as I don't quite understand the concept. What can you do if the boss says its acceptable ?
Haven't you got enough on your plate without worrying about such trivia?
It's never too late for a moan in CB ;-)

As the customers are endorsing the products, rather than your service, it seems reasonable to me that those endorsements (in the form of their photos) can be used by others selling the same products.

However it obviously has to work both ways. If another sales rep can nick your photos, you can nick hers ;-)

Avon???
Can't you watermark the photos before uploading?
