Cassette Head Cleaner

Please can anyone recommend a cassette head cleaner for my audio cassette player, one that actually works please? Ta Muchly and I apologise beforehand if I cannot rate best answers, but no doubt they will be.

In the distant past one used cotton buds and isopropyl alcohol.
I agree with O_G that the best approach is to use cotton buds and isopropyl alcohol although, obviously, Woodelf's visual handicap would probably mean that he'd need help with such a technique. (NB: Remember to clean the rollers as well as the head).

Otherwise I'd definitely be looking to stick with a 'wet' method of cleaning (rather than the purely abrasive alternative) by using a cleaning cassette that comes with cleaning fluid, such as this:

Yes OG, I had thought of using cotton buds and a drop of whisky, but then I thought why waste the whisky. I'll have a look at the amayou recommend Danny and you too Chris, but I think I'll just drink the wisky and remain in a fug and not hear the hum from the cassette player - only joking guys!
